Psychopathology in Helsinki

To conclude the course of Psychopathology organized by Finnish Gestalt Therapy Association, was the director of the Institute of Gestalt HCC Italy Margherita Spagnuolo Lobb on dates 6-7-8 December 2018. We report the impressions by Mrgherita Spagnuolo Lobb about the experience conducted: “The last seminar of the program on psychopathology in Helsinki. An experience of meeting each other with our deep humanity, sharing painful experiences, professional challenges and the joy of being together. Have a good life all!” – Margherita Spagnuolo Lobb

We also report the impressions by a psychotherapist who attended the event: “Last three days I have been surrounded by the sea of caring, embracing otherness, witnessing transformation under my eyes, being completely thankful to be part of Gestalt family. Huge thanks to The Finnish Gestalt Therapy Association for arranging an amazing studies ”The Basics of Psychopathology – A Gestalt Therapy Approach”! This last seminar, three intensive & eyes opening days we spent with great author, psychologist, psychotherapist, Gestalt Therapy trainer, the founder and director of the Istituto di Gestalt HCC, PhD Margherita Spagnuolo Lobb who has created a lot of new understanding, for example ’aesthetic relational knowledge’. In this seminar we focused on theme ”Narcissistic and borderline experiences: advancements in Gestalt therapy”. Personally I’m so happy about this strong connection my long-term journey with dance: ”Dance is for Margherita the most appropriate concept for a phenomenological, aesthetic and field oriented psychotherapeutic approach, which she describes in procedural dance steps between psychotherapist and client.” – Kirsi Tormi
